20 Students from Faculty of Economics & Business UBM passed the Certified Independent Study and Internship Program from Ministry

Campus.UBMG - There are 20 students from the Faculty of Economics & Business (FEB) of University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo, were declared to have passed the Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB).

The graduation announcement was stated in the Certificate of Passing Selection Number 001/AKI/SK-LS/VII/2022 signed by Viringga Prasetyaji Kusuma, CEO/Founder of Amati Indonesia as the Industry Partner of the Ministry of Education and Technology in the MSIB Program.

"Alhamdulillah, 20 students from University of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo have successfully passed the Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) Batch 3 in 2022 through AMATI," said Head of UPT MBKM, Andrianto Dai M.Kep.

Meanwhile, according to the Head of CCLC, Ayu Anastasya Rachman S.IP, MA, there are two categories in the MSIB program, such as Certified Internships and Certified Independent Studies. Certified internships are part of one of the accelerated on-the-job trainings according to a well-designed learning experience.

Meanwhile, Certified Independent Study is learning that is specifically designed according to real challenges with practice in the form of short courses and others.

“During the program, students not only get hard skills but also soft skills. The 20 UBM students came from programs/study programs at UBM. Among them are Management and Business Administration,” she said.

On the other hand, the Head of LPPM, Frista Iin Wahyuni ​​SE, M.Pd explained, there are several advantages for students from one of the learning methods in the Merdeka Campus policy.

“In addition to being certified, the program, which will run for five months from August 1 to December 23, 2022, can be converted into 20 credits. and work together as well as get a direct connection with the Company.
