Campus.UBMG- Head of UPT Cooperation and Independent Learning Program of Independent Campus (MBKM), Ns. Andriyanto Dai S.Kep, M.Kep participated in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings Workshop. Tuesday (8/11/2022).
The activity which was held in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province was attended by the Chair of the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, Prof. Dr. Riri Fitri Sari, MM, M.Sc.
UI GreenMetric is a UI innovation that has been widely recognized internationally as the world's first university ranking, based on a high commitment to campus environmental management that has been running since 2010.
"UI GreenMetric evaluates conditions and policies related to sustainability-related programs and policies at universities around the world, which are currently attended by 956 universities from 80 countries," said Andriyanto.
In addition, the UI GreenMetric assessment is based on three pillars, such as the environment, economy, and socio-culture, with a weighted assessment indicator consisting of campus conditions and infrastructure (15%), energy and climate change (21%), waste management (18%).
βThe Water use (10%), transportation (18%), and education and research (18%),β he added.
Also present at the event were the Head of the XVI Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI), Munawir Sadjali Razak S.IP.MA and the leaders of universities throughout LLDIKTI XVI. (ais/rls/at)
