The General Election Commision of Gorontalo Goes to Campus, Invites UBM Students to Be Smart Voters

Campus.UBMG -The General Election Commission (KPU) of Gorontalo Province held a Goes to Campus Roadshow event to University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo, Monday (24/10/2022).

The activity, which was held at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Ballroom, was attended by Vice Rector 1 for Academic & Student Affairs, William Indra S. Mooduto SE, M.SA, Ak.CA and the Dean of FIPB, Imam Mashudi S.Pd, M.Pd and members of the General Election Commission (KPU).

The Goes to Campus activity from the General Election Commission (KPU) is an event to socialize to students about the election of the President and Vice President, Governor and Regent and the upcoming Legislative Election of 2024.

The resource person also explained to students who live in the current millennial era, in order to make the right choice for the future of the nation and region. Not only that, this socialization also introduces several applications to check whether they are registered as voters in the upcoming 2024 election.

Meanwhile, the Dean of FIPB, Imam Mashudi welcomed the socialization. Moreover, there are many UBM Gorontalo students who also come from various regions outside of Gorontalo City.

"Be a smart voter by knowing the vision, mission and program of the candidate, not because of others and use your right to vote in the next election," he said when delivering his speech. (ais/rls/at)
