The Head of the Office of International UBM Explains Research in front of Lecturers & Professors at Dhurakij Pundit University

Campus.UBMG –The Head of the Office of International Affairs (KUI) of Bina Mandiri University (UBM) Gorontalo, Ayu Anastasya Rachman S.IP, MA seems to have made good use of her visit to Dhurakij Pundit University.

In addition of the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), this doctoral student at Padjadjaran University Bandung, underwent the Lecturer Mobility program by presenting one of the researches entitled "World Class University: Definition and Policy Model in Indonesian Higher Education" in front of lecturers and professors at Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) Bangkok, Thailand, Monday (10/31/2022).

In her presentation, Ayu emphasized the importance of organizing the management model of World Class Universities, not only focusing on pursuing rankings, but gradual quality improvement starting from the quality of lecturers, specialization in research fields, international mobility of lecturers and students.

"The four qualities above can be achieved by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which is implemented in real terms and evaluated regularly," she said.

Not only that, Ayu also offers various models of cooperation that can be carried out by DPU and UBM, with mutual, specific and achievable benefits.

"The lecturer mobility program which is attended by the head of KUI UBMG is expected to open up opportunities for various UBM lecturers to do the same thing in various partner universities abroad," she added.

According to her, The International Office of UBMG is planned to prepare lecturer mobility training, to train presentation and discussion skills in English for UBMG lecturers, so that good research can be disseminated more widely. (ais/rls/at)
