UBM Gorontalo Held Public Test of University Standard Assessment

Campus.UBMG -The Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) together with the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo, conducted a Public Test of Research Standards to Faculty Administrators, Study Programs and Researchers at UBM Gorontalo, Wednesday (7/07). 9/2022).

This online activity was opened by the Vice Rector I for Academic and Student Affairs William Indra S. Mooduto, SE., M.SA. Ak., CA. In his speech, William welcomed the efforts made by BPM and LPPM.

"This is one of the ways of the two institutions in providing Research Quality Standards which are the basis and barometer in the management and implementation of research at UBM Gorontalo," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) UBM Gorontalo, Dr. Ikram Muhammad M.Si, in his presentation, emphasized that the current research quality standard is the result of the development of previous quality standards, and is a follow-up to the benchmarking results at Hayam Wuruk University Perbanas and University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, at the end of last August.

"Public test is a stage of the standard development process which aims to get feedback and input from related parties, especially research administrator and researchers at UBM Gorontalo," said Dr. Ikram.

Not only that, Frezy Paputungan., S.Pd., M.Pd as the Head of Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) UBM Gorontalo hopes that this research quality standard will improve the quality and quantity of UBM lecturer research.

"Published in reputable journals so as to improve the performance of higher education institutions, especially UBM Gorontalo which excels in research," she hoped. (ais/rls/at)
