UBM Gorontalo is one step closer to having a digital library

Campus.UBMG - Good news for the academic community of University of Bina Mandiri  (UBM) Gorontalo.

Because, the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation will soon realize a new library building that is luxurious and comfortable and has complete facilities.

Not only that, the building that stands firmly on Campus 2 UBM Gorontalo will also be equipped with an E-library.

This was revealed during a meeting between the leadership elements of UBM Gorontalo and the CEO of PT Woolu Aksara Maya, Sulasmo Sudharno as the digital service provider company.

According to the Chairman of YBMG, Dr. Ir. H. Azis Rachman MM, IPM, in the meeting, there were several discussion points. Such as, how to build UBM library infrastructure into a digital-based library equipped with reading materials 70 percent digital books and 30 percent conventional.

"So that all students only by using a smartphone can access the application that we will call iUBM as an E-library application," he said.

Not only that, but the development of a digital library will also collaborate with providers and expert development companies.

In addition, the CEO of PT Woolu Aksara Maya, Sulasmo Sudharno also visited and made a presentation to the UBM Gorontalo Campus Community and saw firsthand the readiness of the new UBM library infrastructure.
