UBM Gorontalo Now Focuses on Developing Student’s Football Team

Campus.UBMG- University of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo is developing Student Activity Units (UKM) in various lines. One of them is Sports.

In fact, in several important agendas such as the anniversary of the Study Program Student Association (HMPS), to the campus anniversary, UBM Gorontalo always holds sports tournaments such as volleyball and Football.

Now, this independence pioneer campus is focusing on developing soccer. The students who have interests and talents in Football are facilitated by the university in order to increase this interest into an achievement.

“Alhamdulillah, now sports Student Activity Units are getting full attention from institutions. Starting from the costumes to the balls that will be used by students to practice," said the person in charge of the Sports Student Activity Units, Ns. Andriyanto Dai M.Kep.

Not only that, The purpose is also to train students mental who love football, the institution even invites them to have friendly matches with various football clubs in Gorontalo Province.

"Of course the purpose is to improve the mentality of the players, by doing a lot of friendly matches, automatically the mental of students will also be stronger," he said. (ais/rls/at)
