UBM is Ready to Contribute to Improving the Quality of Education in Gorontalo Province

Campus.UBMG - As an effort to build synergy towards quality education, the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports held an Education Discussion Forum, which took place at the Grand Q Hotel, Gorontalo City, Monday (12/12/2022).

The activity, which was attended by school principals, university leaders and various related stakeholders, was opened directly by the Acting Governor of Gorontalo, Dr. Hamka Hendra Noer. No exception, the Rector of University Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo, Dr. Hj. Titin Dunggio M.Sc, M.Kes and Head of Bina Mandiri SMKS Bone Bolango, Drs. Ismail Humolungo M.Pd.

After the implementation of the activity, the Rector Dr. Titin Dunggio hopes that the Education Consultation activity will not only become a routine activity, but can also produce and become a forum for sharing, opinions, suggestions, and ideas to improve programs in the education sector.

"This forum is expected to produce agreements and become a forum for gathering various stakeholders in the education sector, as well as a media for evaluating the implementation of programs and activities in this current year," she asked.

The same was said by the Head of SMK, Drs. Ismail Humolungo M.Pd. He hopes that with this Rembuk Forum, coordination, synergy, and cooperation will be well established for the smooth running of programs and activities in the education sector.

"Improving the quality of education is very dependent on all of us, so I hope that professionalism and competence can be increased for the development of education in the future," he concluded.

On this occasion, the Cooperation Agreement was also signed in terms of improving the quality of education in Gorontalo Province. (ais/rls)
