Campus.UBMG -Rector of University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo, Dr. Hj. Titin Dunggio M.Si, M.Kes reminded employees to remain obedient to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have been set by the institution. This was revealed by the Rector during the leadership coordination meeting, Saturday (27/8/2022).

“In structuring a higher education quality-based management system. So BPM has arranged the guidelines and completes t with SOPs, which become references in the implementation of every academic and non-academic activity. So that the entire implementation can run according to existing provisions. It is hoped that the dean's supervision will serve as an extension of the rector," she said in front of the deans and heads of study programs.

Not only that, the Chair of the APVOKASI DPW of Gorontalo Province also reminded all elements of both leaders, lecturers and staff to continue to prioritize coordination in every activity implementation.

"It’s expected all deans and please pay attention. That the faculty is not separated from the rectorate, so that whatever is carried out in the academic and non-academic processes, which has an impact on the UBM service system and creates a policy, coordination is mandatory," she hoped.

According to Dr. Titin Dunggio, Vice Rector 1 as an extension of the Rector who is in charge of academics, there is Vice Rector 2 who is in charge of finance. So, whatever activities have an impact on academics and budgets, that is their domain. And will be brought to the rector level for approval.

“It is not justified to make unilateral decisions without coordination with related lines. There is BPM and human resource development and other lines that need to be coordinated so that there is no miscommunication," concluded Rector Titin Dunggio. (ais/rls/at)
