UGM Pharmacy Study Program Holds Curriculum Formulation Focus Group Discussion (FGD)

Campus. UBMG - Pharmacy Study Program of  Faculty of Science, Technology & Health Sciences (F-STIK) UBM Gorontalo held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Review and curriculum adjustment on the second day, Tuesday (15/11/2022).

The activity which was held in the courtroom was led directly by the Head of Pharmacy Study Program, Apt. Rini Daud Supu M. Farm. On that occasion, Rini Daud Supu said that the FGD aims to review the curriculum and modules to gain insight, sharpening, curation and validation. Curriculum development must conform to competency standards (skills, knowledge, attitudes).

"The FGD aims to get a lot of inputs for strengthening and developing the curriculum in the future," she said.

The implementation of this FGD will also have an impact on improving the quality of students and graduates of the UBM Pharmacy Study Program. The rapid development of the Pharmacy Study Program in the last 3 years has resulted in high competition. Therefore we need the right strategy to increase competitiveness.

"UBM Pharmacy Study Program is ready to improve the quality of qualified graduates," concluded Rini. (ais/rls/at)
