HARDIKNAS 2023 Ceremony at UBM Gorontalo, Moving Together to Celebrate Independent Learning

Campus.UBMG - Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation held a ceremony to commemorate National Education Day (Hardiknas) at the UBM Gorontalo Sport Center. Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

The ceremony was led directly by the Rector of UBM Gorontalo, Dr. Hj Titin Dunggio M.Si, M.Kes and attended by leadership elements, lecturers of education personnel, and student representatives in the UBM environment and Bina Mandiri Bone Bolango Vocational School students.

On this occasion, Dr. Titin Dunggio as the master of ceremony read the mandate of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in commemoration of National Education Day on May 2, 2023.

"Over the past three years, big changes have taken place around us, everywhere from the western tip to the eastern tip of Indonesia, as many as 24 episodes of Merdeka Belajar have been launched bringing us closer to Ki Hadjar Dewantara's noble ideals, namely education that guides the talents, interests and potential of participants so that they are able to achieve the highest safety and happiness as a human being and as a member of society," said the Chairman of DPW APVOKASI Gorontalo Province.

In the Minister's speech, the Minister said that the development of the world of education is in line with the Merdeka curriculum launched by Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim, and invited to celebrate this National Education Day with a spirit to continue the realization of independent learning, educate a generation of Pancasila students who are smart with character, and bring Indonesia to leap into the future with liberating education.
