BPM & PSDM UBM Gorontalo Collaborate on SOP Improvement and Development

Campus.UBMG - The Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) of University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo has programmed the improvement and development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in Human Resource Management, especially Lecturers and Education Personnel.

This is what underlies the joint meeting between BPM and the UBM Gorontalo PSDM Bureau. Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

In a meeting attended by the Head of BPM, Dr. Ikram Muhammad, M.Si and his staff along with the Head of the PSDM Bureau, Rizal, SE., M.Si online discussed plans to identify, map and distribute tasks to the HR Management SOP Revision Team, collaboration of BPMU and the UBM Gorontalo PSDM Bureau.

Later this team will be given the task of making revisions in accordance with the UBM Gorontalo SOP Format based on SOP Determination, SOP Implementation, SOP Evaluation, SOP Control, and SOP Development, (PPEPP).

Then a workshop will be held to get various inputs and responses before being established as a new SOP within UBM Gorontalo.

"God willing, the PPEPP-based SOP format will make it easier in terms of readiness, implementation, and monev for SOP implementers and monev implementers," hoped Dr. Ikram.
