Visiting Basarnas Office, UBM Gorontalo Socializes K3 Study Program

Campus.UBMG - One of the newest study programs owned by University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo is Occupational Safety and Health (K3).

This study program is quite unfamiliar to many people, but it turns out to be very much needed in the industrial world.

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Study Program is included in the Science and Technology group and has quite broad job prospects in the world of work.

Knowledge about K3 is very much needed in the world of work considering that work accidents can occur at any time.

Therefore, the K3 Study Program Head, Arpin SKM, M.Kes is keen to conduct socialization to introduce this rare study program.

As seen at the Gorontalo Province Basarnas Office, Arpin accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Local Government, Frista Iin Wahyuni SE, M.Pd was received by dozens of employees, Saturday, May 20, 2023.

The socialization team conveyed directly, the various benefits when continuing studies in the K3 Study Program at UBM Gorontalo.

The team did not waste the opportunity, to provide detailed information to the socialization participants.

"God willing, our commitment in helping the availability of reliable human resources in the field of K3 in Gorontalo Province can continue to be realized. We want to collaborate with related agencies so that there are more K3 experts," said Arpin SKM M.Kes.

All participants who attended were so enthusiastic in participating in this socialization activity.

The interest of the employees at Basarnas is due to several facilities offered by the institution, when undergoing lectures at UBM Gorontalo.

"This K3 study program is present, to fill the need for safety experts in the field at work, especially for employees at the Gorontalo Province National SAR Agency (Basarnas) Office and other agencies that are currently in need of K3 experts," he concluded.
