Vice Rector 1 of UBM Inaugurates The Student Activity Unit (UKM) Official

Campus.UBMG - University of Bina Mandiri (UBM) Gorontalo held an inauguration with the Student Activity Unit (UKM), Saturday (3/9/2022). The activity was held at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Ballroom, was attended by Vice Rector 1 for Academic & Student Affairs, William Indra S. Mooduto SE, M.SA, Ak.CA as well as the deans and heads of study programs.

In his remarks, William Indra congratulated the head of Student Activity Unit (UKM) and the newly appointed officials. According to him, the mandate as a Student Activity Unit (UKM) manager is an opportunity to make yourself become an excellence person. The presence of Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a place to connect the interests and talents for achievement.

“You are the pillars. Let's synergize together to create a pleasant SME environment, and excel according to their respective units," he hoped.

Not only that, William Indra also revealed, Student Activity Unit (UKM) has a role in monitoring student interests and talents that can be developed so that it becomes an achievement.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Dean 1 of F-STIK, Arpin SKM, M.Kes hopes that the Student Activity Unit (UKM) management will be able to carry out their duties as administrators by planning various activities that will certainly be useful in increasing competence, knowledge and soft skills in various fields.

“We hope that students will continue to think critically, creatively and innovatively in carrying out activities in Student Activity Unit (UKM). Because student activities like this have many benefits. This benefit may not necessarily be felt by those who are less active in activities, both in Student Activity Unit (UKM) and campus organizations," he concluded. (ais/rls/at)
